here are a few potential new trophy games for The new Big Ten:

Penn State and Ohio State playing for "Sasquatch" as the Beast of the East. (Being the two eastern most schools).

Nebraska and Iowa playing for "Chief Sitting Bull" as the conqueror of the prairies.

This one is a play on someone else's idea, but Penn State and Nebraska playing for "The Negative Space Board" being the last two teams added to the big ten and seeing as how some sort of 12 is likely to be incorporated into the new big ten logo, representing the addition of Penn State and Nebraska much like the negative space 11 that is in the current logo. The Trophy could be a board or a block of wood or some such thing with "The Big Ten" portion as negative space,  leaving the part of the logo that represents the "12" as the positive space. Clever, huh?

Nebraska and Wisconsin playing for "The Red Rose" winner of the battle of the Reds

Penn State and Northwestern for "The Muzzle and Leash" as the winner between the felines. Not too crazy about the muzzle and leash, but my creative juices ran dry. Would love some help with this one.
