2010 Defensive Unit: Most Athletic in How Long?

Despite what we've lost from last season, does anyone think that this D, while inexperienced, could be one of the most talented/athletic we've had in sometime?

Now, I know that loads of talent and athleticism don't automatically translate into success, but just looking at the depth chart, we have some really good players in the running. For example:

-LB: Loaded. Granted, I've never been sold on Bani and Colasanti as starters, but Bani looked good in the B&W game (for what its worth) and the coaches (hopefully) see something in Colasanti besides seniority. That said, if these guys don't look the part early on, I think the guys behind them are ready to step in.

-CB: This is a position to be excited about, I think. Lynn was pretty solid last year and Morris was pretty exciting in the nickel slot. Then you throw in Powell and Thomas who are fast dudes.

Some areas to worry about:

-DL: I feel like this group has a lot to prove. Crawford and Still are some pretty huge dudes, but I'm not convinced this unit can dominate the LOS and generate lots of pressure on the QB.

-Safety: Sukay turned out to be pretty good, but I'm not sure about Astorino. Hopefully hes completely over his shoulder and ready to lay the wood. I'd have preferred to see Hodges listed somewhere in the two-deep back here.

Thoughts?.
