to finish my thought, didn’t know this was a revolutionary idea. My wife and I have been cooking bacon in the oven for years because I always hated the clean up on the stove. You also can control how well done you get the bacon much easier. I use foil pans at the tailgate to cook the bacon over the grill, too.
