An exclusive interview with Mike Valenti and John L. Smith

Hello! Welcome to another post filled with bad jokes and inspiration from other bloggers! Or as I call it, Thursday! Hahaha! I have no ide what that even means.

Today's guests are Detroit radio personality Mike Valenti and former Michigan State head coach John L. Smith.

We'll start with you, John. My questions are in bold, their answers are in italics.

What was your first reaction at the end of the game when the scoreboard read "Irish 40 Spartans 37" in 2006?

Amusement.

Really? Tell us more.

When I was hired at Michigan State, I first thought it was a great opportunity. Then I realized it was Michigan State. I decided to just go with the flow. It turned out great. I was so proud to slap my face and to read the AP describe the game as "stunning". Jeez, someone hasn't watched Michigan State football before.

What about you, Mike?

I crapped. Just like Michigan State. I crapped right there in the seat.

Interesting. What's your favorite color?

Brown. The color of applesauce, which Michigan State routinely chokes on.

Ok, you know what? Forget this. This is a lame post. I'm just going to paste the video embed code. I don't need any reason to post it, but being as this is the anniversary I feel a need to post it.
