Eagles have their eye on Darren Perry to fill their defensive coordinator
"it’s apparent the Eagles have their eye on a specific candidate from one of the two Super Bowl teams – we’re convinced it’s Packers defensive backs coach Darren Perry – and it’s possible that an informal deal has already been reached with that candidate. "

You guys don't remember Darren Perry?
Perry was named a first team Football Writers All-American and graduated in 1993 as Penn State’s second leading all-time interceptor with 15. The Nittany Lions culminated a 11-2 season with a win in the Fiesta Bowl versus Tennessee. Perry’s 299 interception return yards and 3 interceptions for touchdowns are school records. Perry had six interceptions his senior year and returned two for touchdowns.

If I remember correctly
he was a big time hitter, also.
People will always forget what you do, and they will always forget what you say, but they will never, ever forget the way you make them feel.
Perry won the '90 ND game.
He caught the interception that set up the FG and I think he may also have been the one who tackled the Rocket, thereby injuring him.
