In what I was expecting to be the game Illinois finally revealed itself, I present to you that Ron Zook is, in fact, Homer Thompson. Ohio State attempted FOUR passes in the entire game and Illinois never made the adjustments! Last week remained relatively static with the majority of teams holding serve, this week the BlogPoll up and jumped into the blender. It's a complete mess, any team below the top 8 is fairly interchangeable among 30 other squads, some appearing and others not. Take a look at the BlogPoll below the jump, as always questions, corrections, suggestions and objections are welcome.

Michigan State and Oregon are the week's biggest gainers after dispatching Michigan and Arizona State respectively. The Big East returns to a one team conference after UConn upset South Florida and West Virginia's heroic showing against bye week. Georgia Tech still can't seem to solve Charlottesville. Houston, Temple and Southern Miss are seriously circling the entrance to the Top-25, instead Southern Cal reluctantly gets the nod for now. This season has been odd, usually teams have started to naturally separate into more refined tiers, but the conference schedules seem as if they're back loaded with the match-ups that help with the slotting of the mid-level squads and illuminate which teams just have an unfortunately aberrant loss on their resume. Games of note this week are Auburn at LSU, Wisconsin at Michigan State and Washington at Stanford.
