Melanie continues to re-publish menus from the National-Championship-100th-Year-of-Penn State-Football Tailgates of 1986. Sometimes, the game was simply an excuse to gather round, share some food and drink with friends, and celebrate something special.

To spice up this week's taligate, I suggest you try this recipe for Spicy Stuffed Poblano Peppers. Mel says to assure everyone that these are really easy to make. I am here to assure everyone that they are easy to eat.
