Wait, Penn State is receiving votes?  WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ATROCITY?  Let's explore this after the jump.

Toledo blog Let's Go Rockets, bless its crazy heart, ranks Penn State at #14 and moved Penn State up four spots after the Indiana game.  Washington State blog CougCenter has PSU at #16.  BHGP has Penn State at #19, presumably so they can give themselves credit for beating a top-20 team this weekend.  

Four other blogs have Penn State within the fringe of the top 25.  Another Washington State blog, places Penn State at #21.  Okie State's Cowboys Ride For Free gives PSU a #24 vote, while Bull Gator (Florida) and Tomahawk Nation (FSU) have PSU at #25.
