Every ‘person of interest’ in this Crime is a member of the highest economic strata in the county. They are the Masters of this small Universe. They covered up a crime by one of their home-grown demi-gods, because exposure would be harmful to their image, and because it was very easy to do. Stonewalling the local media was easy. Stonewalling the victims was easier.

The victims in this case are utterly-helpless children who are from an economic strata that will never see a lawyer unless it is a public defender. Keep in mind that these children could not afford to say no to a coverup buy-out either. (Not that this happened, right? Time, and real investigations will tell on this issue.)

So, there was absolutely no risk to them or to Jerry being exposed if....... he kept his victims to those selected from his personally-developed boy-supply, the Second Mile, which unknowingly funneled pre-screened victims to him, and...... he kept his act off campus…….

When Jerry moved his pervert act far from Old Main to Clinton County, it got exposed, and State Police investigations resulted in the Grand Jury indictments.

Now, Mike McQueary, the Graduate Assistant, the lowest-level ‘person of interest’, is going to be thrown to the wolves to try to distract attention from the Fat Cat criminals who perpetrated this deliberate coverup.

Don’t blame Mike because his lot in life was to witness one of the most powerful men in this neck of the woods conducting a felony, and his Fight or Flight Adrenaline Rush resulted in him not trying to take on Linebacker U. 

Stay focused on Sandusky’s Enablers…….Spanier, Shultz, Curley, and, sad to say, Joe Paterno, who are the real moral perverts in this decades-long violation.  Mike McQueary is not the problem here.
