We will not get to see first hand the testimony provided at the hearing on Tuesay in the Jerry Sandusky scandal. We can only hope that there will be a complete transcript of the proceedings so we can hear or read for ourselves exactly what is alleged and said by the alleged victims, prosecutors, and defense attorney.

In America court proceedings are suppose to be public but PA is one of 3 states where cameras can be banned. We can only hope that the reports of these proceedings give us the facts instead of media interpretation and characterization.
