I hope this humble food post will be a welcome break in the war zone of your BSD PSU legal week. In all honesty, I've gotta tell you, I've never spent more time on BSD than the past couple of weeks. I want to thank you for all of your posts, and I don't mean to me. I want to thank the BSD editors, reporters, fans, and even a few of you goofballs for keeping it sane and informative. Everything has been worth the read. Everything.

Get out your favorite beer. Get out a lot of your favorite beer. Drink several while you deep-fry this parmigiana in beer-batter... just don't tell your Italian mama!

Dessert? How about some KILLER peanut butter fudge. Jesse. dot named it when he was three years old, which is too many years ago for me to count. In the event you've had enough of beers before making it, take the plunge and add some crisply fried bacon bits to it. YES! I said add bacon bits to the peanut butter fudge... you can thank me later!
