This simple post is to wish all of you BSD foodies "Happy Holidays"! No matter what you are celebrating, even if it is just a night off, make a memory!
Rustic Wintertime Chicken and Mushroom Risotto is a dish made with love and care. Trust me, it is not hard to make. It is, however, a great reason to invite some family and friends over for a relaxing evening and a few glasses of some good wine!
A fantastic finish are a few pizzelle... a few per person, because no one can eat just one pizzella! I make them from scratch, but even if you buy them store-bought, they make for a memorable occasion!
