HAHA! Even objective outsiders think Pitt sucks

While eating lunch in the ~~tourist trap~~ quaint American town of Lititz I overheard two girls talking about college admissions. At one point one of the girls said "Penn State, that's a good school. A lot of people from my high school didn't get in. I don't know anyone that didn't get in to Pitt". After restraining the urge to shoot milk out of my nose from laughing so hard, I went to work trying to comprehend this point of view (this was pretty hard since I went to school at a football factory). I settled on two possibilities: 1) this girl didn't get the memo that Penn State cares more about football than academics or children and actually has courses in how to cover up child molestation; or 2) Rodney Erickson's campaign to change the face of the University is already working wonders (get that man a raise!). Either way, her comments got me thinking about the relative academic merits of Penn State and Pitt. So--POLL TIME!!!
