I know I should just let it go, but as I was checking out oversigning.com I noticed USC has signed 28(!) recruits today, and finished in the top five of ESPN and the recruiting sites top class lists. You might remember a little incident that happened over the summer that docked them 30 scholarships over the next three years, as well as a 2-year bowl ban. Apparently thanks to a loophole in the NCAA rules, because USC is appealing their punishment from the NCAA, they're allowed to recruit as if no scholarship reduction has occurred. Not to mention rumors from signing day today that USC boosters and possibly the coaching staff were calling recruits to get them to stay committed to USC, which is another huge violation. They clearly want it, so can they just finally get the death penalty so we don't have to deal with this anymore?
