Kudos to our lady gymnasts, as they continued their season-long improvement and scored an amazing 197.075 on senior night. For those not in the know, that is a really outstanding team score (max score would be 200.00) that is on par with most of the top teams in the nation. After losing girls like Brandi Personett, Casey Rohrbaugh, and (personal favorite) Rosie Smith, I figured at least a small step backwards before hitting their stride next season. But this team is scoring better than last year and will easily be fighting for a spot at Nationals. Also, thanks to seniors Danielle Hover and Heather McElwee for their great careers at Penn State, and best wishes for continued success after they graduate.
