We'll have more on Penn State's crucial win at Minnesota today later on, but in case you're wondering what's next for the Nittany Lions, it's a date with the Indiana Hoosiers at 7:30 P.M. on day one of the Big Ten Tournament Thursday in Indianapolis.
Penn State will be the sixth seed in the tournament and will face either Purdue or Wisconsin in the second round should it manage a win against Indiana.
The Lions beat the Hoosiers 69-60 at Assembly Hall back in December. In case you forgot (it was a long tie ago) Jeff Brooks led the way for Penn State in that game with 23 points and eight rebounds. Talor Battle racked up 19 points and David Jackson cracked double figures with 15 points.
Guards Verdell Jones III, Victor Oladipo and Jordan Hulls all finished in double figures the first time around. The Lions held star Indiana forward Christian Watford to three points that evening, a big part of walking out of Bloomington with a win.
