POLL: Who hates his starting QB more?
Please share your views in this important public opinion poll, inspired by today's Success with Hyperlinking.
SBNation won't let me post this without it being at least 75 words long (couldn't find poll feature on the FanShots), so here's Joe Paterno talking about Socrates: "Every once in a while I hear one of these guys that I know a little bit about when they were 19 and 20, I'm talking about all the kids today, they ought to go back and read Socrates. Socrates, 400 years BC, said, 'The kids today are terrible, tyrants. They don't pay attention.' That's 2,500 years ago, OK?"

Crap, that was easy!!
I’m not sure that Spurrier likes himself. He recruits these Kids and wonders why they can’t be him. It’s exactly this: Lee Harvey Oswald, former Marine…John Wilkes Booth, frustrated actor…Socrates, former pain in the ass to Aristotle or vice versa…. and Steve Spurrier, former Heisman Trophy winner. To themseles they were the best ever and nobody could do it better.

Well, like Spurrier once said on DC radio...

Of course I just heard Big Ben talking about Twitter on the radio...
And he said, “It’s dangerous having that ability in the palms of your fingertips.”

Daniel Tosh compared Ben to Lenny from Of Mice and Men
I thought it was unfair to Lenny.

Ha, good stuff!
While I like the self-loathing angle, I still voted for Pelini. To the GIS for evidence:

Bo
The operative word here being “hate” – the only thing Spurrier “hates” is not having ready access to a golf course. Next to his house. In his gated community. He doesn’t hate anything about football. He does get dumbfounded by kids who can’t do things exactly like he drew them up, but “hate”? Nah.
Bo, on the other hand, has a range of emotions placing him clearly in the “I wouldn’t be surprised at any headline containing his name” category.
Bo is always angry. Spurrier is not (but I still hate him)

Nice avatar. Who's the horse?
Anyway, the answer is Pelini – angry, angry, scowling Pelini. While I think Derry is somewhat right, is Stephen Garcia a punk kid with a dad who acts like a stage mom? Not as far as I know.

The horse
is actually a mule. And not just any mule. You may know him better as…

Maybe you were joking and knew all along, but if not, now you do (which is half the battle).
No, I still can't figure out what you're talking about.

It's Coaly

Looks like a mule on steroids

Incidentally
I voted for Spurrier myself. While Pelini gets the edge for general rage, I believe that Spurrier, if given assurances that it could never be traced back to him, would happily murder Stephen Garcia in cold blood.
Either way, it’s been amusing to watch the jockeying for position. Spurrier pulls ahead and Pelini slowly catches up, the tortoise and hare of hating your starting quarterback.
