"I drink often, and when I do, I'm too buzzed to know if it's Dos Equis"-Anthony Fera (Should say that)
Penn State punter Anthony Fera has not been practicing with the team due to his second alcohol-related incident.
According to court documents, he pleaded guilty Aug. 4 -- the first day of preseason practice -- to charges of purchasing alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct/engaged in fighting.
Fera, now 20, paid fines of more than $650, plus costs, in connection with the June 7 offense.
In April 2010, he was cited for purchase/possession of alcohol by a minor after university police found him drinking from a bottle of rum. Though charges eventually were dismissed, he did pay court costs.
In other news, the sun rose and somebody wrote another article calling for Joe to retire

I read, and enjoyed, this post.
"Every player we have, someone-maybe a parent, a grandparent, someone-poured their soul into that young man. They are handing that young man off to us. They are giving us their treasure, and it's our job to make sure we give them back that young man intact and ready to face the world."

Well here’s some good news. He’s 20 now, so next year we won’t have to worry about him getting an underage drinking citation! Bad news is he’ll probably advance to DUI or something worse :-(.
Guess his parents aren’t getting the “free ride” they thought they would. He’s paid several $1000 in fines. Not to mention the bad press!
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.
"Bad Press"
Eh, kick it far enough and no one will care. See Prater, Denver.
"Is that a shot at me? 'cause that makes me want to read it all the less."
If Fera distilled his own
brand of exotic rums and sold them to cover his drinking related fines, would that be an NCAA violation?
