TCU vs. Baylor/Friday Night Open Thread

PrintReigning Rose Bowl champs and current Little Sister of the Poor spokeman TCU takes on Baylor and Robert Griffin III in Waco tonight. Oh, and apparently Michigan State is playing tonight.
Additionally, the WVB team, having already taken care of Miami (OH) in straight sets, is locked in a match with Pitt at the University of Pittsburgh Invitational. I had planned on being in attendance, but an awful work week led me to #TeamBourbon faster than expected.
Also, Penn State football resumes tomorrow. So I've got that going for me...which is nice.

MSU is really looking
sucky. Their coverage is spotty…sometimes they make decent secondary plays but sometimes it’s falling apart on them. Their run defense is also not up to par.

Hey, I like Miller Lite.

So it seems I'll just be checking out the legs on the girl standing behind Gary Patterson all night.
They keep comparing this MSU game to the PSU game last year
Aside from the score, they aren’t even a little similar. PSU was only up 16-7, that’s true (more than MSU is up by, FWIW), but PSU at the half had scored 4 times, led in first downs 9-3, and were an Evan Royster fumble and one bubble screen from being up 30-0.
MSU is down in first downs 14-8, and are one lofted pass and missed PAT from being tied 7-7.
Last year against PSU, YSU was lucky to be within 2 scores. This year against MSU, they’re unlucky to not be tied.
