NFL cuts for Penn Staters
Just quickly browsing the NFL cut list shows quite a lot of Penn Staters...
Ollie Ogbu (Colts)
Chris Colasanti (Colts)
Larry Johnson (Dolphins)
Brett Brackett (Dolphins)
Mickey Shuler (Dolphins)
Pat Devlin(!) (Dolphins)
Dennis Landolt (Jets)
Bani Gbadyu (Raiders)
John Gilmore (Steelers)
Jeremy Kapinos (Steelers)
Evan Royster (Redskins)
I'm sure I missed a few, but that's a quick list. Devlin couldn't beat out Chad Henne or Matt Moore on the Fins? That's pretty rough.

Royster?
Truly surprised by this one. He was more impressive than Helu.
Can't figure that one out.
Royster was great when I saw him in action. It seemed like he was getting 7 yards per carry. Some other team will pick him up.

They had too many RBs
Hightower, Torain, and Helu all showed promise. What killed Royster was his concussion in the last preseason game. Why they dropped a draft pick so early is a bit surprising, but I think he’ll get picked up for a practice squad somewhere.
Kapinos will get picked up somewhere, as he’s been punting well. DWill is sad seeing cut, but I’d imagine he’ll get picked up somewhere else as well.

Agree on Kapinos.....
Kicked well last year and great in pre-season for the Stillers….he should just stick around the Burgh as Sepulveda, the current kicker and as good as he is, ususally gets hurt every year and misses considerable parts of the seasons.

They're probably trying to stash him on the practice squad
