An interesting article in general about a possible Plus One change to the post season, but buried in there is a statement by Delany that, at the last B1G meeting of the Committee of Presidents/Chancellors "so much time was dedicated to the sexual abuse scandal at Penn State in the last meeting of Big Ten presidents that he did not have a clear idea of what they thought about changing the postseason."

That is all that was said. But I thought this was very very interesting and did not want this tidbit to get lost in the larger flow of reporting.
