He's changing the uniforms.
Not huge, but he’s doing something. The first three clips they showed in the video are of old uniforms, and I think his “motivation” is going to be something uniform related.

NO STICKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m sorry, but blanket statements are proven false 99% of the time, and if you make a blanket statement about college football, there’s a good chance that one exception will be Joe Paterno. - AdamShell @ BSD
Also; Always carry a bottle opener and the beer will provide itself.
That is what I was worrying about. That is what it seems to imply.

It does.
But that will never fly. I can’t believe that the current players will go for it, and wow, if you thought LaVar was a loudmouth ass hat before, can you imagine what he’d be like if he actually had a point? The former players would burn the stadium down.

There is only one sticker that I could support
A picture of TP with his head in his hands. Call it the Cryor. Only awarded for plays that result in the abject humiliation of an overrated, ethically challenged opposing player.

I'm sorry...
But I dont get that impression at all. I could see it being something related to the pregame experience at the stadium or something like that but he pretty clearly states he’s not changing the uniform.

Except listen to what he says.
He says he’s keeping certain things about the uniform the same. Not that he’s isn’t changing the uniform. The very first image is of a uniform with striped socks, striped pants, numbers on the helmet and a jersey that is a totally different color blue than they wear now.

But the last image is of Sean Lee in the "trim" look of the recent past
I for one would be ok with going back to the uni’s prior to 2011 to further isolate this year in PSU history.
But, maybe BOB wants to signify a new ERA (post-Paterno) with a departure on the uniforms. As long as it would be nothing severe and maintains the tradition of PSU, I would be ok with that.
I'm with Pahanatic here
I didn’t get the impression of any changes to the uniform.
Also, I thought I read somewhere that uniform changes were made a year in advance. I would think there would not be enough time for a major change, and I doubt he plans on a major change.
I hope there won’t be stickers. Seriously, I think it’s juvenile. I mean, would a 22-year-old really get excited about a sticker on his helmet? I just can’t see a 250 lb, 6’5" linebacker saying, “Oh GOODY!!! I got another sticker!”
he was referring to "its"
you should have used “it’s”
Reporter: Can you give us a touchdown celebration, one that you would get penalized for?
Moye: I play at Penn State. I don’t celebrate.

she
and no I wasn’t. I just don’t think “queer” is an appropriate word to use in this context.
