If you want to donate online, you CAN donate in honor/memory of JoePa:

When gifts are received that are in memory or in honor of someone, THON will record the information and send a letter of acknowledgement to the honoree or else to the family of the one being remembered. If making a check donation, simply note on the memo line who the gift is in memory or in honor of, and include a note providing a name and address of where the acknowledgement should be sent. If making an online donation, simply forward your electronic receipt e-mail to honorary.giving@thon.org, and note who the gift was for as well as again the name and address for acknowledgement.
