OT Wednesday: Need Fantasy FB Advice

My Current team (applicable positions only):

RB - McCoy, Petersen, Bradshaw, Mendenhall, Hillis
WR - J. Jones, A. Johnson, Wayne, S. Rice, Garcon
D/K (combo in this league) - NO, MIA

Trade Proposal One: I get Chris Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, and Cincinnati; Opponent gets Rashard Mendenhall and Reggie Wayne

Trade Proposal Two: I get Andre Brown and Minnesota; Opponent gets Adrian Petersen and New Orleans

I'm contemplating accepting both trades, which would turn my team into this:

RB - McCoy, C. Johnson, Bradshaw, A. Brown, Hillis
WR - J. Jones, A. Johnson, Nicks, S. Rice, Garcon
D/K (combo in Chris' league) - CIN, MIA, MIN

Minnesota is by far the leading scorer of all D/K involved, but both MIN and CIN are better than both of my current D/K. My concern is giving up BOTH Mendenhall and Petersen as legit RB2. Will CJ2K ever break out of his slump? Is that worth the gamble? Or should I only accept one of the trades (probably Proposal One), and keep either Petersen or Mendy as an established RB2? Also, Wayne for Nicks is currently lopsided, as Wayne has 97 points on the year while Nicks has 42 and is injury prone. However, I have Jones and Johnson, and will Wayne be able to keep that production level?
