In this week's poll, Alabama garners 64 first-place votes, their lowest total of the season, but still hangs onto the top spot for Week 7. Two other SEC teams are getting a lot of love as Florida received nine top votes after their defeat of the hot and tired LSU Tigers and South Carolina got seven first-place votes after their beatdown of Georgia. Those Bulldogs and Florida State were the biggest droppers this week, each moving down eight spots.

Cincinnati, Louisiana Tech, Texas A&M and Iowa State all move into the poll this week.

And hey, Penn State got votes for the first time this season! Shoutouts to Boise State blog One Bronco Nation Under God for the 11th-place vote, UVA blog From Old Virginia for the 17th-place vote and Crimson Tide blog Roll Bama Roll for sneaking us in at #24.
