Penn State Depth Chart and Injury Report: Iowa Edition

Penn State takes on the Hawkeyes tomorrow, and they'll do so with pretty much their full roster ready for action. It's your weekly look at how the roster shapes up.

The Nittany Lions headed into their off week on a four game winning streak, but there could be little confidence; last year, Penn State found the bye week to be its toughest opponent. Maybe they're wouldn't be complete and utter chaos this time, but, you know, if someone found a way to tear their ACL it wouldn't have come as a surprise.

But, instead, Penn State rides into Kinnick Stadium having conquered the bye week. There were no injuries, no police reports, no arising concerns or worries. For many schools, this wouldn't be a reason to exhale. For us, though, it's pretty huge.

And so this team heads to Iowa City almost completely healthy--aside from Pete Massaro, who's trying to battle back from a shoulder injury that's kept him out of action the past few weeks, and is a glass-half-empty "questionable", there's no other regulars listed on the injury report. Bill Belton didn't play in the second half of the Northwestern game, and some speculated that it was due to a lingering ankle injury, but in his postgame press conference, O'Brien denied that was the case.

Aside from Massaro, the injury report lists only the out-indefinitely Mark Arcidiacono, and Nyeem Wartman, who either won't return until late in the season or will sit out the remainder of it and take a medical redshirt to preserve this year of eligibility.

On to the depth chartery, where the changes are minimal!
