A year ago today, Illinois kicker Derek Dimke doinked a 42-yard field goal off the right upright of the south endzone of Beaver Stadium, giving Penn State a 10-7 win and Joe Paterno his 409th career victory. I watched it on TV. I'm sure many of you were there.
It happened. Never forget it.
