The Big Ten picture becomes a little clearer after the second week of conference play.

Ohio State- 63
Nebraska- 38
The marquee B10 game of week six played out in three parts. First, it seemed like Ohio State woudn't be able to get anything going and Nebraska could walk away with this game. Then, it seemed like a shoot-out that would come down to whoever had the last possession. Finally, Ohio State put it together right before halftime and the Buckeyes dominated in all facets of the rest of the game. Braxton Miller was only 7 of 14 for 127 yards in the air, but added 186 yards on the ground.

Purdue- 13
Michigan did something right during its bye week, as the Wolverines jumped out to a 21-0 lead early in the second quarter and never looked back. Denard Robinson ran 235 yards in a day that saw him gain just under 10 yards per rushing attempt. Purdue was the sexy darkhorse prediction to win the B10, but the Boilmakers are now left scratching their heads as they move into the meat of their conference schedule.

Indiana led for nearly the entire game, including a 17-0 lead in the second quarter and a 27-14 lead at the half. However, Sparty was able to bounce back by outscoring the Hoosiers 17-0 in the second half to escape Bloomington with the narrow victory. Michigan State QB Andrew Maxwell showed improvement by connecting on 24 of 40 pass attempts for 290 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Wisconsin- 31
Illinois- 14
This was a good ol' fashioned slobberknocker on a chilly October day for the majority of the game. Neither team was able to get much going on offense, and it appeared that it was destined to be one of those 10-7 or 13-10 affairs. However, Wisconsin managed to find the end zone three times in the final quarter to hand Illinois its fourth loss in the past five weeks.
