Bill O'Brien says "Do, or Not Do. There is no try" in this week's press conference.
"Run! Yes. A Quarterback's strength flows from the Scheme. But beware of the Dark Read. .....Interceptions......Fumbles.....Bad Throws.....The Dark Read of the Scheme are they. Easily they flow. Quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark path, forever it will dominate your destiny, consume you it will, as it did JayPa's apprentice."
"Bolden."
"No. The other one."
"Paul Jones?"
"No. The other one."
"Devlin? Mills? Thompson? Casey? Seneca?"
"NO!"
"Well you don't mean Henne, 'cause he ended up at Michigan. Oh, Duh. QB14, right?"
"Yes."
"................um, BO'B?.........................Is the Dark Read stronger?"
"No...no....no. Quicker feet, better mechanics, more seductive."
"But how am I to know the good read from the bad? Bolden had more stars--"
"Stars matter not. Look at me. Judge me by my stars, do you? Hmmm? Hmmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Scheme, and a powerful ally It is. You must feel the Scheme around you; here, between you, me, Stankiewitch, the end zone, everywhere, yes. Even between the ball and Brandon Moseby-Felder."
So yeah - no press conference this week because of the BYE. But this McGloin rebirth has been a surprising, fascinating movie so far this season. Can't wait to see how it ends.
