He stood by the inevitability of Spanier's indictment. Also, he has stated that whomever IT involves (beyond the known), it involves higher-ups. While edging close to Aurabass territory, he has picked and chosen his spots. Namely he has suggested that JVP will be cleared and that Corbett and G-Span (sorry Ted Roof) will be implicated.
