The season is winding down and Thanksgiving is right around the corner, that can only mean one thing: the Big Ten will soon be done. It feels like yesterday we were watching Penn State struggle against the first two games of the Bill O'Brien era, amazing how far they've come. As for the BSD pundits, we've guessed at almost 80 games and it's still going to come down to the wire. But before we get to that, we have a pretty good game tonight as 6-4 North Carolina travels to take on (4-6) Virginia at 7:30 PM on ESPN. Stop by for our open thread and give us your thoughts on the game.
On to the picks.
Last Week's Results
There were no sweeps this week and nobody did worse than 2 and 3. If Northwestern would know how to finish out a game I would have had a much better week. I won't kick the dead horse that's been lying around all week, I'll just say this: I almost invoked my executive privileges and gave everyone a win for the Penn State game. Let's face it, it wasn't fair to give anyone who picked either side a loss. Sad.
Even though the picks were close this week, both Cari and Tim move up for their 4-1 weeks. That's how close it is, one more victory than the guy (or girl) ahead of you could move you up in the final two weeks.

Yeah I did it, I'm a small, small man. Anyway, we're split on Northwestern and only Tim has faith in Illinois. Everyone agrees on Michigan and Penn State so there won't be a lot of moving this week. The fact that Tim is sitting in first and was the only one to pick Illinois gets him the "Balls of Steel" award for the week. It's either going to make him look like a genius or make it seem like his Argyle sweater is on too tight.
