I took a look at a count of SCHOLARSHIP PLAYERS, by eligible class, including all of the current verbal commits, with the following results

Seniors 13, Juniors 13, Sophs 14, Frosh 15, 2013 Recruits 14,

Here's the Problem......Grand Total 69........Allowed Next Year 75!

The way I understand it, PSU is allowed to have 75 scholarship players next year, but my understanding is that PSU is also limited to 15 new scholarships for 2013. The count is now 69 with 14 of the fifteen scholies granted.

How Does Bob Get To 75 Scholarships in this scenario?

My understanding is that any transfers in that can enroll in January will not count against the 2013 number.

So, does this mean that BOB can sign up to 6 more JUCO transfers to scholarships as long as they are enrolled in January?

What's the Story? How many grants in aid can PSU hand out during this month that will not count against the 2013 limit of 15?
