Our second and last dinner for HRIM 430 is coming up. We are currently shooting for 140 people and have around 96 people in total. I have attached a menu and a way to make a reservation online. I also will be checking in on this post daily, so feel free to send me a message or comment on here. We had 111 people come last dinner and had 111 comment cards returned with all positive feedback, No food returns or complaints. We are also adding a cheesy potato side as well as a rice pilaf to go with the asparagus.

Café Laura has a BYOB policy: 1 bottle of wine for every two people, or two bottles of beer per person.
