"Snacks on Snacks": A great recipe for pro-playoffs and bowl games!

I have no allegiance to Cincinnati, or, Cincinnati football. In fact, I have never even been to Cincy! BUT:

Since 1981, thanks to joefromboalsburg, I've been serving up this very special "party in a bowl", whenever we entertain for a special bowl game, a special pro-game, or, even a Super-bowl game, that fall during the hectic holiday season. This crazy-good chili can be made days in advance of serving, or, months in advance and frozen. All you need to do is boil up your favorite pasta, grate some cheddar cheese and serve!

If you've never eaten real-deal Cincy Chili, it is seriously like no chili you've ever tasted (including the state of Texas): Flavored with allspice, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate??? Served over a mound of spaghetti??? Topped with cheddar cheese???
