Food for Thursday: The St. Patrick's Day Edition

'Tis funny, how I never kno what I'm gunna say b'fore I sit down to share me weekly food post on BSD! Taday, for instance, on dis the Ides of March, and the eve of dat great St. Paddy day holiday afore us, I present to yoo, my foodie sports fans, a few Gailic ideas for your grand St. Paddy's Day celabration. Dominy, Dominy, Dominy, yer all Katlik now!!!

For our main course, we'll be serving some Happy Valley Irish-Braised & Browned Sugar Glazed Corned Beef:
