B/W game is just under a month away, and because I hate waiting until the last minute to start planning (I think my boss knows this about me, and waits until the 11th hour and 58th minute to do anything, just to torment me), I thought I would start the ball rolling.

My first suggestion is to establish committees: Food, beverage, shelter, etc. For me, I'll probably be driving down from Williamsport (hopefully with some relatives), so was planning on picking up a couple of buckets of KFC (with sides and tea) as a contribution to the masses. Can also throw in some disposable cups, plates, eating utensils, garbage bags, and the like.

Anybody have access to someone who can do up BSD T-shirts for a modest fee? It'd be neat to walk into the Beav with look-alike T's or hats or something.

The weather might be a factor. Any of you have portable shelters or something in case it rains?

C'mon, folks -- let's not wait until the 21st to get this party started.
