For the third time in the last four years, Penn State and Indiana are hooking up in the Big Ten Tournament's opening round. The last couple of meetings featured a higher-seeded PSU team taking on a lesser Hoosiers squad. It was a sight that I could personally never get used to, as it seemed like the equivalent of PSU being an underdog against IU in football. Things have returned to normal though, as it is Indiana who has the higher seed, facing a PSU team with absolutely nothing to lose after finishing dead last in the B1G standings.
