Greetings. I've never posted a BSD foodie post where my post of last week is still hanging around. For me, this is a moment in BSD history: jessedotsmom has two fanposts up at once! Take that Jesse. & JFB! Now that this is out of my system: if you are like me, AND, you served ham for Easter, you have leftover ham in your refrigerator. Here are a few ideas for what to do with "the stuff":

First, start with the "usual suspect"... ham and bean soup. IF jesse. follows through with his promise to show up for PSU's Blue-White weekend, it'll be my pleasure to have him deliver a VAT OF THIS for you to serve at your BSD tailgate:

Second, be nice. My grandmother (Baba) made deviled ham salad sandwiches for me after Easter every year. I know deviled ham is not everyone's "cup of tea", but I loved these (I was an odd little girl):

Third, who doesn't love ham mixed into their potato pancakes!
