For the second week in a row, only two Big Ten programs picked up recruits this week; Ohio State added two, and Wisconsin gained one commit. This addition didn't change Bucky's ranking within the Big Ten, and in fact they dropped in overall national rankings; with their additions, though, OSU once again jumped Penn State for the second best class in the Big Ten.

This week we've incorporated Rivals' updated rankings, and because of this, the discrepancies in Michigan's numbers are no more--all sixteen of their recruits have star rankings in all three of these recruiting services. The same happened with Michigan State, all of whose recruits are now ranked. Illinois' Rivals ranked is based off of only one of their two recruits, as is Nebraska's Scout grade. And, lastly, PSU's rankings for Rivals and Scout are taken from five of their six commits, while Wisconsin's Scout grade is based off of 1 player, and their 247 grade is from two of their three commits.
