We've not given this SBNation.com project the attention it deserves, but our Mothership team has gone back to 2005 and created a relegating/promoting college football world similar to that of the English Premier League. For example, the worst Big Ten team in 2005 (Illinois) gets sent down to the MAC while that conference's champion (Akron) is sent up to the Big Ten for 2006. Further down the line, the last place MAC team (Kent State) gets switched with the first place Missouri Valley team (Northern Iowa). Picture this, spread across the nation, simulated from 2005 until the present day. This is real fantasy football.
