PSU Coaches Caravan Stops in D.C.

Bill O'Brien directs the action on the field during Penn State's annual Blue-White Game. (BSD/Mike Pettigano)

The fourth stop of Penn State's coaching caravan came in our nation's capital, and two of our own Black Shoe Diaries writers, Tim Aydin and Cari Greene, were in attendance to hear what Bill O'Brien and Pat Chambers, as well as track coach Beth Alford-Sullivan and women's golf coach Denise St. Pierre, had to say. They combined to give a pretty extensive play-by-play, and a full Storify of almost all of their prolific Tweeting from the event follows after the jump.

So be sure to follow on to see what Coach Chambers had to say about last year's rebuilding season, recruiting efforts, and potential future opponents; check out what Bill O'Brien had to say about upholding the tradition of success with honor; and to read what all four had to say about being part of a "special" athletic department and university.
