With heavy heart and churning stomach, I have been keeping up with the trial mostly through BSD. I do try to remember all the trials I have sat through when during the plaintiff's case, things sounded unbelievably bad. I am hoping, as I have seen so often before, that when it is the defense's turn, the other side of the story takes shape and what seems so damning right now is not the unmitigated disaster it seems this moment. Applause to both sides and the Judge for moving it along and getting the witnesses on an off the stand in quick succession.
