I'll let all of the other topics fester, but I have 2 ideas, suggestions, etc.

1. We all recognize that any PSU football game that is televised will be a toxic subject. I suggest that the world class university utilize the intelligent people to spotlight on PSAs (public service announcements) that would be broadcast during the games. It could go something like this: "Hi, my name is Dr. Smith. I helped to develop the artificial heart. I am a proud alum/employee of Penn State and I encourage anyone who feels that they may have been abused to seek help. Call this number 800-555-1111 and talk to someone who can help." Another could help those who watch to look for signs that their child has been abused, or that an adult may be a pedophile.

2. A few years ago, PSU sold some land to the Second Mile out Fox Hollow Road on the way to the airport. That land was to be developed as home for the kids. It is now on the market. I suggest that PSU buy that land back at the price it paid, and build a complex to help and house kids who have been abused.
