Hey... Penn State has options

The way I interpret the NCAA bylaws, and the United States Supreme Court seems to agree, if the Freeh report were to be proven inaccurate (somehow), Penn State could approach the NCAA to request a re-review of the penalties. With the upcoming trials, there is always a potential for that. I suspect that there is enough backlash against the NCAA that exercising leniency in a few years might not be viewed negatively too. Many many people would say "Penn State suffered enough."

Anyway, I just wanted to pass my thoughts along on this.
