Flounders (the only PSU bar in Chicago that I was aware of) is no more :( It's now some retro 60's style cocktail bar called the Drinking Bird. Which I'm sure is fine, but I'm pretty sure it's not a PSU bar anymore. Lame! Anyone know of any other PSU bars in Chicago? I am a Sad Sally today.
