I could have sworn when the sanctions were handed down, it was stated that coaches were only allowed to talk to PSU kids who contacted them.
Is this true and if so, can someone hook me up with a quote or link to this. I still think Emmert made mention of this when he handed down the sanctions.
If I am right, why hasn't anyone challenged the NCAA on this at least. I think we could actually win and get this to stop.
