The most compelling piece is a quote from a former member of the BOT who thinks that PSU should have rejected the Freeh report and sued. He said it was incomplete. No kidding. The push back is making me feel more hopeful that the tide may change and the penalties may be reduced and some, like cutting Joe Paterno's wins reduced.
