BoT takes no action on consent decree

I consider this very good news, particularly when you consider the alternatives. Hopefully, this means the appeals, letters and emails have had some effect on the board and they will at least consider a new course of action. Perhaps justice will prevail despite their best/worst efforts. I wanted to get this up right away, so I haven't had a lot of time to consider 75 words. That's right, 75 words.
