"Hypocrisy" no longer adequately describes the NCAA...

In fact, we need a stronger adjective like 'megahypocrisy' or 'hyperhypocrisy' to describe the absolutely asinine non-sense the NCAA is capable of spewing. How about 'scrumtrulicrisy'?

I am sure most of the loyal readers and fans of BSD are aware of or have read the NCAA's ruling on the UCF football and men's basketball programs. If not, here is the link:

Specifically, this is the quote from the story that nearly inspired me to immediately and irrationally quit my job and devote the rest of my life to investigating the NCAA and their ridiculously arbitrary utterances and rulings:

The NCAA report notes, "A head coach is not required to investigate wrongdoing, but is expected to recognize potential NCAA violations, address them and report them to the athletics administration."

Everyone on this forum over the last two weeks has expressed their anger and frustration over the NCAA's "ruling' on Penn State. And I certainly understand that der Fuhrer Mr. Emmert and the NCAA will not reverse course on their "decision" and that it is best to accept it and move on. However, this UCF report and that quote from the NCAA's report is egregious and finally inspired me to write this, my first fanpost.

Thank you for allowing me to officially vent.
