NCAA set to announce penalties against Miami that are truly unprecedented
On a serious note, once the NCAA goes to a certain level with imposing penalties, there is really no limit to what the NCAA could do. This is especially true if the NCAA is going to throw out the death penalty as a potential punishment to scare leadership.
On a less serious note, what could the NCAA have creatively done to Penn State that would have been funny? You guys are a smart and classy fan base. I look forward to your thoughts.
